1A Boys Semifinal | Jeffrey Frank Closed It

Minto survived a thriller and punched its ticket to the 1A title game, holding off Shishmaref 59–54.

It wasn't clean. Shishmaref tied it at 53 with 46 seconds left on a Corbin Nayokpuk three — his second from the same spot in the final minute. Jeffrey Frank answered immediately, driving baseline for the go-ahead bucket with 38 seconds to play. Frank scored 10 of his 14 points in the final 4:24 when Minto needed someone to take over.

Jonathan David led the Lakers with 16. Warren Charlie added 13. Nayokpuk finished with 18 for Shishmaref, hitting six threes. Frederick Olanna and Ivan Davis-Nayokpuk each had 13.
